Racks shall be fabricated using a hydraulic pipe bending machine.
Racks shall stand 36” tall.
Designate the number of locking loops after the model number.
Locking loops shall be fabricated from one of the following materials: 1-5/8” O.D. (.140 wall), 1.9 O.D. (.145 wall), or 2-3/8” O.D. (.154 wall) Schedule 40 round steel pipe or 2” O.D. (.188 wall) square structural and mechanical steel tube. Designate “-158”, “-190”, “-238” or “-200” after the size designation for the material requested.
Base rails shall be fabricated from either solid steel flat bar or steel channel. Designate “-FB” or “-SC” after the material designation for either flat bar or steel channel.
Embedded or Surface Flanged Mounted. Please designate either “-E” or “-F” after the finish option for either an embedded or surface flange mount respectively.
Hot dipped galvanized
Designate “-G” after the mounting designation Racks shall be hot dipped galvanized subsequent to fabrication and hand filed to remove any flash.
Polyester Powder Coated
Designate “-P” after the mounting designation nce fabricated, racks will be shot blast to a near white, cleaned, and electrostatically powder coated with a TGIC polyester powder coating.
Designate “-SS” after the mounting designation satin finish.
NOTE: SINGLE LOOP RACKS CAN ALSO BE PROVIDED WHICH ARE SIMILAR TO AN INVERTED “U” STYLE RACK.
